Mazda 2

Pros
- Any small Toyota 4cyl, Mazda 2 or 3, Civic, the usual suspects
- We have a Mazda 2 that was a rental, we’ve had it since 2016 and it’s been solid. No problems at all.
- These Mazdas are all very reliable and economical.
- old Corolla, Yaris, fit, Mazda 3, Mazda 2, civic, a manual transmission ford focus (certain years), maybe a manual transmission Nissan, Scion xD.
- For example, you can get a Mazda 2 2009-2010 with 45k km imported here from Japan for 6.8k cad total and delivered to Canada.
Cons
- I'm sure its solid, but holy smokes 5k is crazy I'd pay like 2k if I really needed a car and I still wouldn't feel great about it lol
- These things are so fucking small it's not funny. I'm 5'7" and I worked for Mazda when they came out. I could put the driver seat all the way back and drive it with no problem. $5400 is a joke
- I ran it on KBB and it’s a $600-$1,200 car. ... No way in hell that’s worth anywhere near $5k.

Although I've never heard anyone seroously complain about a Miata, Mazda 2 or Mazda 3 though.

Mazda2’s a solid car. Dealers don’t rely on KBB values. Make an offer.
