Lowe's will make it right even if it means all new cabinets. Your window is leaking and your window guy doesn't answer his phone? Lowe's will make it right.
Similar with Lowe’s. Last year I wanted a kitchen countertop (laminate). Went to the store and spoke to the sales person. Picked the one I wanted, and they put a label on it with my name. Asked for delivery. Countertop arrived a few days later. A different one, from a different store, with blemishes. But of course, they wouldn’t take it back with them; I had to arrange a pickup and a new delivery. This went on for four deliveries (two of which were the same countertop that I’d previously sent back. Was close to just renting a truck and picking it up, but eventually a manager heard me when I complained to them. Extra points to Lowe’s because the countertop I wanted was two miles away, and the deliveries were traveling 20 miles… I got the one I wanted, but I’ll never order delivery again…
The Lowe’s discount is weak for appliances so I’m going with Best Buy
