I’ve been using Lensrentals but recently had a negative experience that is making me wary of using them again. After I rented a camera and returned it, I received an email that an accessory was not sent back. The accessory they were looking for was one I never got and did not have, but their customer service wasn’t taking my word for it and said I would be billed for the item.

They’ve called me literally seconds after submitting an order to help me save money. They’re amazing. I always get the theft protection. Once had a package seemingly opened while in transit to them and they didn’t receive the gear. Asked for a receipt and then they took care of it. Superb service.

I’ve used the for years. I’ve bought $10k of used gear from them over the years. Great people. Same company (different people) as LensProToGo, but I always had better luck with availability at lensrentals.

I’ve used them frequently and the gear is always great. They pack it really well and make it very easy to send back at the end of the rental period. I recommend.
