Lenovo ThinkPad P14s

Pros

• I am in the same situation and will go with the P14s because of the CPU/GPU performance boost.
• so I went with p14s - dedicated gpu(even though its a small one), last gen 155h - more cores + aluiminum body
• P14s for sure, it’s the same laptop but newer. One of the best laptops on the market.
• Need a strong GPU? get the P14S.

Cons

• Will you also get those issues on the new p14? Yes. Will you get even less idle battery life? Yes. Will you hit the thermal limit - even if the bios was tweaked by someone half competent (which it isn't) - within half a minute? Yes.
• the options i have even the p14s is integrated.
• I read on some post that the battery life on the P14s was in the 3-4hrs range.
• my issue with the Thinkpads is while the pricing is great the ones like the P14s have a tiny battery at sub 50Wh.
