Lenovo ThinkPad E16

E16 - pushing your budget but its new (640+USD or 57,000+ INR)

Getting a Thinkpad E16 with a Ryzen 7 7730 or 8800 are good.

I would highly suggest the Lenovo Thinkpad E16, they are extremely reliable and has a numpad. It meets your spec requirement at 32GB RAM+1TB SSD and a high core CPU which gives you very good performance. It also has 2 USB A ports, and the keyboard is top tier as with many Thinkpads.

Since you like ThinkPads and XPS models, the Lenovo ThinkPad T14 or T15, the ThinkPad E14 or E16, and the Dell XPS 13 or XPS 15 are great options in your budget. They have solid build quality, good keyboards, long battery life, and they’re reliable for engineering programs

The Thinkpad E16 is pretty reasonable for what you get. Both the Ryzen 7 and Intel Ultra Core 7 are good items.

I have been eyeing ThinkPads, and specifically ran across an E16 variant with Ryzen 7 250 CPU, 1TB SSD, 16GB DDR5 RAM (expandable), with Windows 11 Pro for under $1,000.

A couple things that are decent that I saw at Best Buy is Thinkpad E16 with a Ryzen 7 cpu.

I did see that Best Buy USA has good prices on the Thinkpad E16 with a Ryzen 7 or Intel Ultra Core 7.

But if this is to expensive for your budget, there is also a bit less robust ThinkPad E-series.
