Highly recommend Le Sirenuse in Positano, not worth visiting Positano unless staying there bc it’s a tourist zoo.
You could also look to Italy - Palazzo Avino, Le Sirenuse, San Pietro di Positano (with their shuttle), Villa Treville all fit the bill.

I was in Positano at Le Sirenuse for dinner at La Sponda, and then went for drinks at Aldo's. There was basically a little wait at Aldo's, my wife and I were given an okay table at first, we ordered a glass of Krug and then wanted a bottle of Krug, well we were moved in a hurry to the best table in the house, as they knew we were a Canadian and an American couple and would tip
