Korua Transition Finder

Pros
- If you want to stick with Korua, basically everything in the line rips pow. Transition Finder is a lot of fun.
- Look at Korua. Most of their boards have a waist of 275mm or more in their largest sizes. I'm thinking particularly of the Transition Finder, Cafe Racer, and Pintonic.
- Have the TF, it came with exactly zero regrets.
- Bought a TF 160 before Japan trip this year. It was amazing! I love it. Have also ridden it in Tahoe several times and couldn’t be happier. Handles all terrains, carves amazing in groomers, floats in pow!
- I loved my TF but I’d rather take the BSOD into POW.
Cons
- I found a second hand korua transition finder 154 and will try that.
- I thought it was an awesome board, but felt just a bit short as I sized down on it.
- TF is stiff af, even the new GP87 ones that are supposedly softer flex.
- Parent context: BSOD over TF in pow, really? I'd expect the TF to be better for Pow. I'm really stuck between TF and CR, but just dont want any overlaps with my BSOD. Reply: The tranny finder maxed out at 157 (now they make a 160) so may...
- When doing small transfers on cat tracks, it did a decent job, but I will say it was much more squirrley than my daily driver (Burton Skelton key)

Reply: The tranny finder maxed out at 157 (now they make a 160) so maybe it’s just cuz it was too small for me but I felt underwhelmed taking it in powder. The TF felt so nimble and popped so easily off sidehits and rollers. Felt like a skateboard. Super fun but definitely felt limited in powder.

The Korua Otto or Transition finder. Both kill it for this. The transition finder is wider which I like for carving
