J'adore

Pros

• Yeah unknown fragrance house Dior, who made hidden gems like Sauvage, J'adore, Miss Dior.
• I'd encourage you to smell J'Adore (aquatic floral from the '90s) and see how you feel about the jasmine and rose notes in it. If you're hyper sensitive to powder, perhaps I'm wrong. To my nose they smell smooth.
• It’s not deep woody, its floral musky. It’s nice & safe for an office if not oversprayed.
• I actually smelled it a few years back on someone else and really liked it. It came across as soft and elegant.
• I wore J’Adore for years and still really love the scent. It’s a classic and good for every season. The OG has great longevity and my bottle is over 5yrs old and still smells amazing.

Cons

• I am also not a fan of florals and while it does smell nice at first it is not something I would want to wear. it is scent that gave me a slight headache.
• I'm not a fan, personally. It's very much a white floral with that late 90s/early 2000s DNA. It's not a dupe for Tommy Girl, but on my skin, it's quite close. I love the opening and find it quite sophisticated, but the drydown is like a...
• Honestly…i like it but i also dont like it. It has some notes that i like but most of the notes in it arent really my style.
• J’adore (absolutely HATE this. Smells like air fresheners for cars imo)
• Parent context: I always recommend J'adore as a wedding scent. Reply: That was my #1 choice but I recently sprayed it on me and I don’t think it was for me 😭 it’s so good on other people so I was sad LOL
