So many horror stories about IWC quality control and customer service over the past year. I’m avoiding the brand for now until further notice.
I’ve had a similar issue on an IWC. Some dates were off center, others weren’t. But they fixed it.
Big brands such as Rolex, Jaeger Le-Coultre, Omega & IWC get criticized as well, regardless of their legacy, quality control, and high-end customer experience.
