Pros
- once one learns how to use it, induction is amazing.
- We just redid our kitchen last summer and went back to induction. The upside is huge and the few drawbacks are easily overcome with a bit of flexibility and a kitchen torch.
- I went from gas to traditional electric and induction def feels like an upgrade.
- I actually like it very much, esp compared to a traditional electric stove. You can control the temperature a LOT better, there are better, lower, temperature settings, and the heat doesn't cycle on and off.
- induction is amazing. I had a 60” Wolf for 6-7 years that we absolutely loved. When we moved I decided to go with induction, as we had a great experience with it too. Honestly, I did love the Wolf, but I prefer our induction. It’s so muc...
Cons
- I don't use it camping; too inefficient vs propane for me.

Honestly, I did love the Wolf, but I prefer our induction. It’s so much less cleaning, faster cooking, and I don’t really have anything I miss about the Wolf.
Listen, once you have induction you will never ever want to go back to anything else.

I have an unduction and the cast iron is amazing; heats faster then gas !!!
I went with induction in my remodel and I would never use anything else again after having it. It heats up the fastest, is just as responsive as gas and the two biggest advantages imo are that it keeps your kitchen much cooler and is infinitely easier to clean. It’s also safer.
Induction. Safe, efficient,, easy to clean, incredible instantaneous temperature control. Plus it feels like it came from a Star Trek episode.
