- Heroes. i haven't seen it since it originally aired. not sure how it holds up now. but at the time it was amazing. full ensemble cast. a lot of interesting and at times intertwining stories.

As far as network I’d say Heroes or Lost for old school cliffhanger dramas that may end up keeping you on the treadmill multiple hours.
