I reached out after less than a year and got literally no response. So your mileage may vary. I tried to fix them myself and gave up after the runner also failed. They live under my bed, covered in dog hair, a reminder to never spend a lot of money on slippers again.
I’ve been through 2 pairs (one the sole detached, the other got a toe hole) but just assumed such wear was not covered under warranty.

I sent Glerups and email, they replaced my shoes and entire year out of warranty, and not only that, I mentioned that I should’ve gotten the rubber soled ones (more expensive) the first time around (my wife got some and I was kicking myself). Welp, they turned around and sent me new ones, up one half size so they hopefully won’t get a toe hole, and they upgraded me to rubber soles for free.
Parent context: I purchased the pair with the rubber soles but they have a different model with leather soles if you're into that. the glerups are so comfy and I wear them in the winter and the summer, socks or no socks. Reply: They also offer them in wide sizes which isn’t very common. Super nice
