- Have looked into Cabo (Esperanza, Las Ventanas, Montage), Maui (FS Lanai, FS Maui), Italy (Capri, Sicily…?) The stuff we’ve looked at all looks good but nothing has totally captured us.
- Everytime I go to FS Maui I get upgraded from a regular room category to a suite category with Amex FHR.

- Why? Have you been to FS Maui? It does well. Everyone who does it is happy with the ice creams.
- FS Maui’s sugar shack chocolate cake.

- FS Maui, while nice, felt more like a typical hotel, with tall buildings, a busy pool and beach. The service level was what you find at a typical hotel, in my opinion—nothing special.

FS Maui, while nice, felt more like a typical hotel, with tall buildings, a busy pool and beach. The service level was what you find at a typical hotel, in my opinion—nothing special.

I booked FS Maui through Alex for the week before Christmas and we were amazed how baby friendly it was for our then 3 month old. The hotel offered so many baby amenities (crib, stroller, car seat, diaper pail, additional fridge) so we could travel with less, and my favorite thing was they would set up a pack n play right in your cabana or wherever your sun loungers were so our baby could nap poolside.
FS maui and hualalai are amazing
Our family has spent 24 years at FS Maui for festive, and we’re ready for a change.
