I read this and its sequel Siren last year and both have become instant favourites, and for good reason. ... the story is a lot of fun.
5 of the above came out in 2024 and are all great.
Exhumed and its sequel Siren by SJ Patrick are the closest thing that's come to Necroscope for me which is why I like them so much.
