- Deuter was on my shortlist for my first backpack and I found them very uncomfortable on my back ! Nothing to do with the brand itself, it's good. It's just that the fit was not for me.
- I haven't ever found a solution to this problem, even with a mesh back like Deuter it just pushes your shirt against your skin and you have the same problem.
- Deuter makes dome too.

Deuter packs stole me away from Osprey - I just like their designs and fit better. For smaller packs <30L that multitask between hiking/travel/EDC, they’re one of the very few manufacturers that offer weight-bearing, yet stashable hipbelts

I went into a store planning to buy an Osprey but ended up buying a deuter after trying them on.
I don't have the exact same backpack but a similar one (small) from Deuter from the same era. It's been used by my dad for hiking and now I use it, they are absolutely solid and well built backpacks. Good stuff.
