What I love about the software is that, after correcting for as much as it can (phase shifts, clock drift, etc.) you can not only graph but listen to the actual difference waveforms.
DeltaWave's not perfect -- and likely can't be. I've hit a few things that I think are clock resync events, for example (this drove me crazy for a bit when trying to test anything that streamed -- SNR would be great for 10s or so and then go to hell).
A thing I love, so far about this (I just finished the two DAC comparison) is that you get to listen to the delta. Even with the issues, the differences are SO small in places. In that video, the Airplay, for example. With the main music going, that delta is never, ever going to be heard. Until boosted, you can't even hear it playing!
