- DWS at least in my experience is a bit crazy and inconsistent. It looks like it expects you to run every day and if you don’t run on a given day it will keep regenerating next days so you’ll end up doing mostly base runs.
- But DSW is pretty wack on a new watch. It's very sensitive to bad or not much heart rate data. Your VO2max estimate is also going to fly around like crazy for a while.
- I have a DSW from my fenix to a race in a month but I can’t open it in the app. It forces me to create a new plan which sucks cause a plan can be a minimum 2 months it seems

- however it doesn't seem to suggest longer runs than 2hours and a bit. I am naturally taking it as advice and not gospel, for example I did 3.5hr run last week instead of the 2 recommended and then the following day it suggested a 1hr bas...
