Cadillac Lyriq

Pros

• If you can go electric, the Lyric is a solid choice.
• That Lyriq Emerald Lake Metallic color also really stands out to me and would be my choice.
• The Lyriq at 42k is honestly a steal right now, especially loaded.
• I’ve seen CPO 2024 loaded Lyriqs in my area go for 42K with around 10,000 miles. That’s high on my list and seems like one of the best deals in EVs right now.
• Lyriq and optiq are in a different league in terms of ride comfort and range compared to a lot of others

Cons

• For what it's worth, I'm most interested in Audis, BMWs, the Lyriq and Mach E.
• The Lyriq is nice but still first gen EV from Cadillac, so might have some growing pains compared to your proven Acura.
• Cadillac has no plans of not selling its electric models as it no longer makes 2 of its gas crossovers so I wouldn’t worry at all about the production of the Optiq, visit, and lyriq.
• The Lyriq, Vistiq, and Escalade IQ come from the US.
• Keep in mind that GM is still taking Optiq and Lyriq production seriously in China
