I also tested the BYD Sealion 5 and Song Plus, but after driving it twice I just found it a bit meh, so that's out.

To be honest it was perfect car No problems at all ! Smooth drive, nice technology, nice space even for small SUV
the only negative is the spare wheel on the trunk that is consuming space on the back.
Am having Byd song plus and running on EV most of the time inside the city with regular charging, it switches automatically to HEV once the charge drops to 25% and charges slowly while on HEV
I’m still getting used to it since my previous car was a BYD Song Plus, which was noticeably lighter and drove very differently.

The EX5 Emi is competing with the BYD SONG PLUS which has the older hybrid system and also is wayyy overpriced. I myself wanted to get the SONG as I liked it, but I saw it go from 100K to now 124K, which is just nuts.
