Bordeaux is one of my favourite cities in Europe. Visually stunning, excellent public transport, plenty to see and do such as the Bassins de Lumieres, Cité du Vin, boat trips on the river, train out to Arcachon for the day etc. It really exceeded my expectations.
Well I love New World Cabernet, it’s hard to find the same level of quality at $50 from California that you could get from Bordeaux.
