Anything blue air. You can control the settings quite easily. Mine is completely silent.
I own many air filters, blue air, etc, and in general their performance is greatly overstated by the companies. They do help somewhat, especially in a sealed bedroom, and when run on high setting

Blue Air has an ionizer that you cannot turn off so I would absolutely not recommend that. (Can make you want to cough/have respiratory bother, for pets + vulnerable people.)
Look at the Blueair ones. They can connect to WiFi, but you don't have to do so.

Unfortunately, Blue Airs are about the only brand where every unit has ionizer and you cannot turn it off.
