Apt Pupil

Yeah Apt Pupil is a great read and I personally found it struck the same chord as The Long Walk for me. If you enjoyed Apt Pupil and haven’t read The Long Walk, I’d highly recommend it!

Apt Pupil by Stephen King will stick with me forever for sure.

I read it and absolutely loved it. It’s also crazy-fucked up, not for everyone.

I would definitely classify Apt Pupil as horror. I read this story at 13 and it was disturbing as hell, it is pretty much just as disturbing to me now at 40. It’s a creepy and disturbing read for sure.

Such a good read. The movie was no where near as good as the book, as is a customary.

I'm not easily disturbed, but this one shook me up. Didn't feel quite right for a few days after reading it. Would recommend.

Agree. Read it a few times over the years. Very disturbing in that it’s so real.
