When you live in Dubai you’re gonna have to deal with traffic often and the DCT does not fair that well in stop and go traffic. Very jerky in 1st and 2nd gear.

As a previous owner, I can testify that this car will make you VERY happy when it’s working. Yes i needed to repair it relatively more than a usual car, but it brought ALOT of joy while driving it, much more than a GTI ever did. ... fuel is expensive and it only runs on the super fuel ... car ride is on the stiff side ... And AC is relatively weak.
They’re notoriously unreliable and expensive to maintain. Second, if your friend knows nothing about cars and doesn’t have a good mechanic on standby — I’d suggest staying away.
