Action1

Pros

• Free for 100 endpoints 👍
• Action1 is good, remote desktop in A1 is not main feature and focus of this tool, but is working, and is free if you have less then 200 endpoints. You can connect without VPN, from anywhere
• Side note - I prefer Action1 for patching over Ninja.
• Action1 for free tier
• Actually free enterprise patch management for up to 200 computers as of February. :-) Same terms and same product, we just upped the free endpoint count.

Cons

• I’m currently using Action1 but might switch to NinjaOne or something similar.
• The 300 paid licenses really come at a premium price unfortunately.
