I would seriously look up [A1 Evo Express] from OCA. I ran that after I got my 2nd subwoofer and it improved my home theater.
If you are willing to put in some work, you can look into the A1 Evo Express software. I ran this weekend and it made my system sound quite a bit better then Audyssey.

I would try A1 evo express first (or A1 AcousticX is the new one today i think). Privately developed by Obessive Compulsive Audiophile and designed to augment what Audyssey can do. It's free and pretty easy to do. It's widely considered better than Audyssey XT32 and second only to Dirac (and some feel it's just as good as Dirac).
